"A festival of colors to inspire and decorate the table"

The Challenge

Design a new set of cutlery for everyday use, to serve large market group, composed of five pieces: table fork, table spoon, table knife, BBQ knife and teaspoon.


Solution

"Enchant customers and consumers not only with the design but also with the wide range of product colors" - this was ZON's strategy to the customer. The idea was to stimulate the consumer's senses: a utensil that in addition to its usefulness, also decorates the table, matches with any color of china, stimulates creativity and makes meal times happier - all to enrich the everyday experience. The Carmel silverware is offered in 12 different colors, distributed in 4 basic colors: carmine, purple, turquoise and natural.

ZON set Carmel as the name and visual identity of the packaging and POS material. On the packaging, the color palette of the handles suggested a graphic game, making up a colored squared chessboard, and suggestive images of the house and food universe. The combinations of packaging at the POS create vibration and rhythm, inspiring and delighting the consumer.
