"Commemorative Product to show the ability to innovate”

Tramontina Cutlery | 2011

The Challenge

Strengthen the historical relationship of Tramontina with Cutlery, with a different cutlery design to be part of the 100 year Memorial Collection of Products.

Solution

The structure of the Tatil Silverware, in stainless steel, captures the soul of traditional cutlery and also features an innovative element: a rubberized coating with antibacterial protection that ensures comfort and hygiene. The texture of the handles is soft to the touch and the colors [red, white or black] decorate the table. In the commemorative version, the cutlery is packed in a methacrylate box, of which the cover can be used as a tray, while the box can be put on the table and accommodate cutlery and napkins.

The Tatil design celebrates Tramontina's passion for what is new, the company's tradition of cutlery and its ability to reinvent itself over the last 100 years of history.
