in product design?

__ Immersion

In initial contacts and a lot of research, we deep into customer needs to understand the scope and boundaries of the project. It is at this initial stage that we formulate the briefing with the customer.

__ Discovery

For a better understanding of the public and the market where the product will be inserted, we conduct market research, trend studies and user interviews. Thus, we discover needs, aspirations and possible insights for the project.

At this stage we also analyze the company itself - its branding and its product mix - understanding the existing portfolio and discovering opportunities for new products and/or improvements.

__ Ideation

After collecting all the information and their analyzes, we set out to conceptualize the product through sketches, mockups and sketches. Time to generate the initial ideas that will guide design strategies.

From design strategies, we perform the three -dimensional modeling that will give a dimensional and aesthetic notion of the product. and generate renderings [high fidelity images] of the product.

__ Prototyping

step considered extremely important in the zon. Before the product is launched on the market, prototyping of the 3D model of the product is always performed - for use and adequacy tests. For this, we have partners who perform from a 3D volumetric print to a functional prototype.

With this prototyping it is possible to analyze proportions, finishes, colors, weight and even test the product with possible users.
In zon, the design process is flexible. Whenever we identify improvements to be made, we return to the project: we adjust and prototype again.

__ Delivery

In addition to the customer receiving all project files [technical details, 3D modeling and renderings], in Zon we are always open to deliver the customer the necessary tools for product success.

We developed commercial presentations, survey suppliers, created naming for the product, the graphic brand and the suitable packaging for the product and its market, and worked the POS materials. For this, at Zon we operate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals and also have partner offices for records and patents.
